In 2008 we achieved SALSA certification the new technical standard which is backed by; DEFRA, FSA, FDF, NFU and BHA aswell as leading companies; Asda, J Sainsbury, Waitrose, 3663 and Elior.
 

Lates

New Bakery
Our new Bakery has now opened and will have an Official opening for the Press, Customers and Trade. Very shortly we shall include a photo gallery of the new bakery which is a new build, purpose built facility with 10,500 feet of bakery and warehouse.

We aim to be audited against BRC, Global Food Std, Issue 5 wc.6th April 2009. Watch this space.
