In 2006 building commenced on the new bakery, a purpose designed and built facility of 10,500 square feet. Incorporating the latest technologies and high fabrication standards the bakery has been specifically designed to set an industry benchmark and facilitate the attainment of the BRC Global Food Standard.
The new bakery now features state of the art low dust technologies, a major step forwards in providing a safe and pleasant workplace.
